The vineyard is located between the city of Orange and the village of Châteauneuf-du-Pape on alluvial terraces made up of rolled pebbles and red clayey sands.

MODE DE VINIFICATION
Complete de-stemming of the bunches and fermentation maceration for a minimum of 20 days. Aged in French oak demi-muids for 12 to 18 months.
Serve between 16 and 18 ° C
Eye: dark garnet red color, clear and brilliant
Nose: aromas of stewed red fruits (blackberries, blackcurrants, plums…) with some notes of undergrowth, cedar and violet
Palate: rich, complex and balanced. This powerful and subtle wine presents well-integrated silky tannins. We find the aromas of the nose to which are also added notes of cocoa and liquorice. On the old vintages of this wine we will regularly find aromas of truffles and damp earth
