Our plots of Châteauneuf-du-Pape are located partly between the city of Orange and the village of Châteauneuf-du-Pape on alluvial terraces of rolled pebbles and red clay and for another part south of the Châteauneuf-du-Pape appellation on rolled pebbles and tawny sands.

Complete de-stemming of the bunches and fermentation maceration for a minimum of 20 days. Partial aging in barrels and demi-muids of French oak for 12 to 18 months.

Eye: ruby red color luminous
Nose: beautiful aromas of ripe red fruits (blackcurrant, blackberry ...) with some spicy and vanilla notes and a hint of violet
Palate: rich, complex and balanced with beautiful, well-integrated tannins. We find aromas of ripe red fruit almost stewed, some vanilla notes and delicate aromas of truffles
