Our Châteauneuf-du-Pape plots are located between the city of Orange and the village of Châteauneuf-du-Pape on alluvial terraces of rolled pebbles and tawny sands.
According to the principles of "sustainable agriculture" by favoring production practices capable of guaranteeing:
- a quality product
- total food security
- greater respect for the environment
It is also the use of certain traditional forms, such as plowing, manual harvesting with sorting carried out by each grape picker.
Complete destemming of the bunches, then alcoholic maceration for at least 20 days.
The wine is then aged in French oak barrels for 12 to 18 months.
